Dialup Configuration for Windows 2000

How to Create a Dial-up Connection to G3 Telecom:

1. Go to Start -> Settings -> Network and Dialup Connections.
   
   
2. Click Make a New Connection.
   
   
3. You should now be under "Welcome to the New Connection Wizard," click Next.
   
   
4. Choose Dial-up to Private Network, then click Next.
   
   
5. Select Setup My Connection Manually.
   
   
6. Enter the correct dial-up number under "Internet Access Numbers." Be sure to also include your area code. Click Next. For the check box "Use dialing rules," make sure it is not checked, click Next.
   
   
7. Select For All Users, click Next.
   
   
8. Enter G3 Telecom under 'Type a name for the computer you are dialing." Also check Add a Shortcut to My Desktop, then click Finish.
