Dialup Configuration for Windows XP

How to Create a Dial-up Connection to G3 Telecom:

1. Click Start -> Connect to -> Show All Connections.
   
   (Alternatively, Start -> Control Panel -> Network Connections; you may need to click Switch to Classic View on Control Panel to make Network Connections appear.)
   
   
2. Click Create a New Connection.
   
   
3. The word "Welcome to the New Connection Wizard" should appear. Click Next.
   
   
4. Select the following options when available. Click Next after making each selection.
   • Connect to the Internet
   • Set up my connection manually
   • Connect using a dial up modem
   
   
5. Enter G3 Telecom when prompted for a name. Click Next.
   
   
6. Enter the correct dial-up number under "Internet Access Numbers." Be sure to also include your area code. Click Next.
   
   
7. Enter your User ID and Password. Remember that they should be in all lowercase.
   
   
8. Also check Add a Shortcut to My Desktop, then click Finish.
